Without activating your Axis Bank credit card online usage, you can not use your credit card for online transactions like online shopping, payments etc. First, you need to enable your Axis credit card for online transactions.
Your newly issued Axis Bank credit card has online transactions disabled as a security measure. This means that any attempt to use your credit card for making online payments will be declined.

Enable Online Usage for Axis Bank Credit Card
Step 1: Login to Axis Bank mobile banking application and login. After login, tap on the “More” section to view the credit card section.
Step 2: Now select the “Credit Card” option in the product section.
Step 3: Next in the credit card section, tap on the “Control Center” and proceed.
Step 4: Next screen, tap on the “Domestic Usage” option. Similarly, you can choose the International usage option.
Step 5: In the Domestic usage, you will see the “Online Shopping” option. Just turn ON this option & set the transaction limit and submit. (Please note that the transaction limit applies to each individual transaction.)
Step 6: Enter your mPIN and confirm your request.
Step 7: Done! Your Axis Credit card is now enabled for online transactions. You can now use your credit card for online payments.
If you wish to prevent online payments, you have the option to disable your card for online usage. However, if you later decide to make an online purchase, you can easily turn on the online shopping button to enable the card for online transactions. This simple process helps you to maintain control over your credit card usage and provides added security for your online transactions.
