SIB Missed Call Service enables you to receive account balance information without incurring the call cost. This is the fastest way to check your account balance, else customers can use mobile banking and net banking facility too.

All customers who have their valid mobile number (with country code) registered with the bank can avail this facility.
To receive Account Balance via SMS:-
- The customer dials the designated number of the Bank from the registered mobile number- 0922300 8488
- The call gets disconnected automatically after the first ring
- The customer receives an SMS from the bank containing the account balance of all active accounts linked to the registered mobile number.
This facility is available 24 x 7 x 365. Please note, the Total number of missed calls from a registered mobile number that will receive SMS response is limited to 3 per day.
