Login to HDFC latest Mobile Banking application and open options bar. Tap on Your Profile and open Manage Alert option.
In manage alert, you can see your current registered mobile number and email ID. Just turn ON all options in which you want to receive alerts like periodic balance checks, cheque alerts, etc. Select Both options so you can receive an alert on the mobile number and email ID. Select frequency Weekly or monthly for alerts and confirm your request.
That’s it SMS and email alert service is now activated for your HDFC account. Now you will receive selected transaction-related alerts on your registered mobile number and email address.
