How To Submit Online Complaint to SBI

SBI customers can now submit an online complaint to SBI. The bank has launched an online complaint form for retail customers so if you have any complaint with your bank account, you can lodge your complaint online and the bank will resolve your query within 7 working days.

You can submit an online complaint to SBI like general banking, ATM-related, online banking-related, or any transaction-related. After submitting your online query, you can track your complaint status and know whether the query is resolved or not.

If you are facing any issue in SBI net banking or mobile banking, any transaction-related issue, or branch-related issue, you can submit your query online using this online complaint form.

Step 1: Go to the SBI online complaint portal (https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/) and select the “Raise Complaint” option, select your request type (Personal Segment/Individucal Customer) and click on the submit button.

Step 2: Next screen you need to submit your SBI account number, enter your account number and click on the Send OTP.

Step 3: OTP has been sent to your registered mobile number and email ID, just enter the OTP and click on the Validate OTP button.

Step 4: Next screen you need to select your complaint related categories and give brief discription about your issue and click to submit button to send your complaint.

Step 5: Ok Done your complaint has been sent successfully. You will receive your complaint ticket number on your mobile number and email ID. You can use this ticket number to track your complaint status.

How to track your SBI complaint Status

After submitting your query to the bank, you will receive a tracking number to check your complaint status and know whether your problem is resolved or not.

To check your status, Open (https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/) and click on the “Complaint/Request Status” option and enter your complaint ticket number and mobile number and submit.
