Step 1: First dial 121 Airtel customer care number from your Airtel mobile number and talk to the customer care executive. Tell him that you want to convert your physical SIM into eSIM and want to register your email address with your Airtel mobile number.
The customer care executive will ask for your email ID, and give your correct email address. Confirm your given email address is correct.
Step 2: Now within 4 to 5 hours, you will receive an SMS from 121 to confirm your request. Check your email address is correct in the SMS and then send “CONFIRM” (If the email ID is incorrect then send “REJECT”)
- After submitting your confirmation message, you will get another SMS from 121 that they have received your request to update your email ID.
Step 3: Now wait for 24 hours and your email ID will be registered or updated with your Airtel mobile number.
