When you create your Demat account in 5paisa, you will get your 16-digit Demat account number. The first 8-digits are your DP ID and the last 8-digits are your BO ID. Suppose your 16-digit Demat account number is 1208250078838393 then the first 8-digits (12082500) are your DP ID & last 8-digits are (78838393) your BO ID. And yes, this 16-digits Demat account number is also known as BO ID.

Check 5Paisa BO ID, DP ID, and Demat Account Number Online
Step 1: Login to 5Paisa mobile application. After login, tap on the “User” option and next tap on your name to open your profile section.
Step 2: In my profile section, you need to tap on Modify option.
Step 3: In the modify option, tap on the “Demat Account Details” option. Here you can see your 8-digit DP ID and next you can see your 16 digits Demat account number. (First 8-digit are your DP ID and the last 8-digit are your BO ID)
