Check Jeevan Pramaan Status Online Whether Bank Accepted?

So, you have recently submitted your Jeevan Pramaan (Digital Life Certificate) online and now you wish to check whether your bank has accepted or rejected it. Don’t worry you can now check your Digital Life Certificate status online in just 1 minute.

Step 3: Next screen you need to login. Enter your Jeevan Pramaan ID number, enter the captcha code and click on “Generate OTP” (You will find your Pramaan ID in the PDF file of your Life certificate downloaded during the online submission of Jeevan Pramaan)

Step 4: Next screen enter the OTP received on your mobile number which you have registered during the Jeevan Pramaan online submission process. In most cases, it is your bank account-linked mobile number. Now click on the login.

Step 5: After login, you can now check your Jeevan Pramaan (Digital Life Certificate) Status online and confirm whether your bank has accepted your Jeevan Pramaan or rejected. Just scroll down a little, and in the “Note,” you can check your current status as you can see in the below screenshot.

  • If your Bank has processed and accepted your Digital Life Certificate then you will see this message “Your Digital Life Certificate has been successfully accepted by the Bank (Your Bank name)“

You will also receive an SMS on your Bank registered mobile number once your bank accepts our Jeevan Pramaan (Digital Life Certificate). If you didn’t receive an SMS, you can follow the above online method to check the status.

Now pensioners can submit life certificates online from home through the Door Step Banking facility. If you don’t know then let me tell you, Door Step Banking is one such initiative taken by all public sector banks through which customers can avail of major Banking services at their Door Step. It shall be implemented by Door Step Banking(DSB) agents in 100 major Centers across the Country for offering different financial as well as non-financial services.

So if you are a pensioner and unable to visit the bank to submit your life certificate (Jeevan pramaan) then you can take advantage of this doorstep banking facility and submit your life certificate from home.

Step 1: Download and install the official Door Step Banking application on your phone from the play store or you can also visit the website

Step 2: Now register (Signup) using your bank registered mobile number. After registration, proceed to login.

Step 3: After login, now you need to add your bank account number. Select your bank and enter the last 6-digit of the bank account number.

Step 4: Now enter OTP received on your bank registered mobile number.

Step 5: You can see your account number, select, and proceed.

Congrats, your bank account has been added successfully and now you can use many banking services from your home.

Step 6: To submit your life certificate (Jeevan pramaan) from home, just click on Additional Services.

Step 8: Next screen, select the “Life Certificate” option.

Step 9: Enter your pension account number and verify it. (Make sure your Aadhaar card is linked with your bank account number)

After submitting your request, you will get an SMS having the name of the Agent. The bank agent will visit your home address and complete the submission process of the life certificate.
