2. Check your HDFC Customer ID on Mobile Banking
If HDFC Mobile Banking is active on your phone then you can login and know your customer ID.
Step 1: Open HDFC Mobile Banking and login.
Step 2: After login, open menu options and click on Your Profile – Personal Profile

3. Find HDFC Bank customer ID on e-statement
If you receive an email statement on your email ID or have any e-statement PDF file then you can open the e-statement file and check your HDFC account customer ID.

You can also find your HDFC customer ID on your cheque book. Just open your Cheque book front page where your account details are printed. Your customer ID is also printed on the front page.
