SBI Net Banking (Internet Banking) facility allows you to manage your bank account online and access many services online without visiting a branch. Today we will show you how to register and activate SBI net banking facility online.
SBI Internet Banking facility is available for all customers and you don’t have to pay any charge, it is a free service.
You can activate SBI net banking facility without visiting the bank. You just need your registered mobile number and active ATM Debit card to complete SBI net banking registration online.

Before you start the registration process, keep ready your ATM Debit card and registered mobile number. Now see the process:-
Please note: If you already have a net banking kit then you don’t need to register online, just login with your User ID and password mentioned in the kit.
1: First of all, visit the SBI Internet Banking page: https://onlinesbi.com/
- Click on “New User Registration“, after this you can see the alert message box, click on OK. (see below screenshot)
2: On the next screen, you need to fill up your Account details.
- Enter your Account number, CIF number which printed on your passbook or you can ask customer care, enter Branch code, select country, enter registered mobile number, Select “Full Transaction Rights” in the facility required and submit.
3: Next screen you need to enter One Time Password (OTP) which is sent to your registered mobile number, enter OTP, and click confirm.
4: On the next page, you need to select “I have my ATM Card (Online registration without branch visit)” & click submit.
5: On the next screen, you have to enter the ATM card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and ATM PIN number. Now submit.
6: Next screen your net banking temporary UserName will be generated, please note it. Now set your login password and submit.
You are successfully registered for SBI Internet Banking.
Now you need to login using a temporary Username and login password. After that, you need to set your own UserName, login password, profile password, and security answer.
