To apply new ICICI Bank chequebook send an SMS from your registered mobile number in the below format:
- Type SMS ICBR<space>Last 6 digits of Account No. & send to 9215676766 OR 5676766 (Example: ICBR 434256)
- You will receive a reply message that “your request has been registered”
After requesting a new ICICI Cheque Book through SMS, it will be delivered to your registered address within 7 days.
ICICI new ChequeBook apply facility is also available online using net banking and mobile banking, but this SMS-based facility is for those who don’t use any online banking facility.
